LeoPalace Resort and Captain Realty Advisors are pleased to present this quarterly Residential Lifestyle Newsletter where you will find updates on the benefits of living at Guam’s ultimate local and visitor destination: LeoPalace Resort. New Management Office
Starting January 1, 2012, the LeoPalace tenant management office will relocate to Building C – Unit 105. The office is open 7 days per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please park in the area fronting Building B. Come by to receive a free gift with your first paymentat the new office.

New Year Celebrations
All tenants are invited to the New Year Party! There is no charge for this event, so please join us from 9:00 pm to midnight at the Multi-Purpose Field in front of the La Cuesta D Building. Enjoy special bingo games, food and drink stalls, mini-games for childrenand Fireworks! Free Japanese sake will be available for adults, so please come enjoy this special LeoPalace Resort event.There will also be a New Year’s celebration on January 1st, 2012 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in front of the Amika Bar at the Hotel Belvedere. Come by and celebrate New Year with your friends at LeoPalace Resort!

Zorb and Zip Line
The exciting Zorb and Zipline attractions are coming soon to LeoPalace Resort! Look for more details over the coming weeks and a soft opening in early 2012.

BBQ Area
The new BBQ area features an area conditioned facility complete with sink, prep area, seating and portable BBQ grills! Ice is available from the Building C housekeeping area next to the mailboxes, BBQ use only please! BBQ area use will require a reservation and deposit, but it’s worth it!

Tenant Referal Program
Don’t forget to take advantage of the LeoPalace Lifestyle Residential Tenant Referral Program! All current Lifestyle Program tenants are eligible for a $300 resort credit for each referral that results in a new tenant at LeoPalace Resort’s condominium units. There’s no limit, and you can use your credit for golf, fine dining, spa and other resort outlets. To be eligible, prospective tenants must contact Mr. Captain directly and state that you referred them to LeoPalace Resort!

The Fitness Center is open to members (optional) on a daily, monthly or yearly basis. Hours are 10:00-20:00 except weekends closed at 18:00.

Lifestyle Residential Tenants are allowed to use the Multi-purpose field (if not in use). When you utilize the multi-purpose field, please respect the privacy of nearby residents in Building D.
