Held every two years and hosted exlusively by the Captain Real Estate Group of companies, the 5th annual Micronesia Real Estate Investment Conference was last held at the Leo Palace Resort in October 2009. The conference featured a wide range of guest speakers – from Vice Admiral Douglas J. Katz, U.S. Navy (Retired) to Hayato “Jack” Yoshino of Ken Corporation in Guam.
